    In 2026, we launched the Diligence Matters campaign to say something we think the industry needs to hear:

    The red flags were always there. In the transactions. In the cash flows.

    In the gaps between what was reported and what actually happened.

    Nobody looked.

    Not because they didn't care. Because looking was too expensive, too slow, and too manual. So the industry built a workaround: skip diligence on most deals, pay six figures on the ones that matter most, and hope for the best on everything else.

    We think there's a better way.

    Verified Metrics was built by people who've sat on both sides of the table, as founders raising capital, and as investors writing checks. We've been burned. We've seen good people present incomplete pictures. We've watched deals die waiting for clean data, and watched bad deals close because nobody verified the numbers.

    So we built a system that verifies at the speed deals actually move. Not because we assume the worst about people. Because we believe verification is the highest form of respect.
